i were charmed with the cleanliness. the room featured nice appointments with a great view of the pool and mountain. the two pools were well maintained. i found loungers usually available, though more could improve the experience.
i did notice the hotel is across a busy street from the ocean, this made access slightly inconvenient. tuk-tuks, and trucks are all the time. i found the traffic create noise.

the location of the hotel was convenient , placing me near many attractions.
the room's air conditioning was inconsistent . the floor was unexpectedly slippery , raising safety concerns. the noise from nearby clubs persisted until late at night , disrupting sleep.

the location was excellent, directly across from the beach. it had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The rooms are a little dated. they could definitely benefit from some upgrading. One issue that really stood out is the adjoining room doors. they offer almost no sound insulation.

i found the room sizes excellent. the pools were lovely and clean. the lobby was a nice area to relax and watch the people walking by. the staff were very attentive to my needs. they were always there to help and guide guests.
the hotel acknowledged a planned outage of electricity and water. i was not informed of this beforehand. i would have changed my plans accordingly had i known.

My room had a table and chairs outside. I liked relaxing there. There was also a rack to hang my clothes. This was very useful. The air conditioning kept the room very cool. I could adjust it easily.
Breakfast was good, but it lacked variety.
